Little Red Wagon Challenge #357 Let's Get Inky

Hi Everyone!
Another week has rolled around and it's time for another challenge.  Mandy is our hostess and she has picked, "Let's Get Inky!"  She wants us to be creative with our ink pads - but sentiments don't count for this challenge!  Here is my card creation.  I used my inkpad to create my own background.  My focal point is a cat stamp from MFT I Knead You stamp set.  I took the smaller fishy stamps in the set and stamped my own background.

Head over to the Little Red Wagon and see what the other girlfriends have created.  You can join in - you have until next when Mandy will select her top picks.

Supplies I used to create this card ~
MFT I Knead You stamp set
MFT Blueprints #1 (scallop die inside card)
MFT Jumbo Peek A Boo die
MFT Dots & Stripes Neutral (used inside)
Copic Markers
Momento Ink Rich Cocoa

Little Red Wagon Challenge #354 In Sympathy

Hi Everyone!
This week our hostess is Brenda and our challenge is "In Sympathy".  Sympathy cards are never easy to make but I know that the recipient truly appreciates receiving such a thoughtful card.  I have found it to be easier to make sympathy cards and to have a few on hand before the need arises.  I really struggle to create a card after hearing of a loss.

Materials I used to create this card ~
Stampin Up! Thoughts & Prayers stamp set
Memory Box Pinpoint Scallop Circle die
Stampin Up Prints 6x6 patterned paper
Cuttlebug embossing folder
Distress Ink Markers

Little Red Wagon Challenge #353 - Case a Card

Hi Everyone!
This week Heather is our hostess for our challenge.  Her topic is to CASE one of our favorite people who inspires you.  I wasn't sure where I wanted to go with this one.  I am inspired by so many others - do I case a favorite teacher or a dear friend?  I decided that I would CASE a fellow artist in the paper crafting industry - Faye Wynn-Jones.  She is a Copic instructor and is on several design teams like Stamping Bella, and Tiddly Inks to name a few.  I follow her blog stampinfluffnstuff.  I love her style of artistry, she's designs a clean & simple card.  She states, "I like to give the image space to be the image."  I love that!  She will post the Copic colors that she used for a project (which is super helpful to a newbie!)  She also post helpful tutorials and she has a great sense of humor!  I truly admire this gal and her artwork!

Materials I used to create this card ~
Stamping Bella Uptown Girl Eve Under the Mistletoe
Martha Stewart Snowflake punch
Eyelet Outlet Bumpy brad
Copic Markers - this is where Faye has a cute picture of the markers she used!
Wink of Stella
Paper was in my scraps

My card is similar to her but by no means anything of what she creates.  I am learning everyday - I've only had my Copics for about 2 months.  Love them but have to practice - practice - practice!
